Clients often ask us ‘how can we be cool?’ If there were an easy answer to this we’d probably be living on our own tropical island by now instead of here in East London! What we have done though is to develop a formula for cool that can be applied when researching brands and concepts. Our formula for cool is based on internal research with over 1000 8 – 14s which measured and defined key characteristics of ‘cool’. Our formula helps clients get their head around unlocking the mystery of ‘cool’ and understand how they can get more of it.
